Quality is an abstract idea. Quality needs to be addressed from the very beginning at the textile level because “Prevention is better than Cure”. Quality of products never comes only from quality material or sophisticated machines or latest technology or creativity or passionate work or relentless supervision rather quality comes from the combination of all as mentioned above. 

 In terms of quality control, each Department acts as the customer to its previous Department while receiving goods/products and acts as a supplier while delivering to the next departments in the whole supply chain.
