Responsibilities & Context
The GM/DGM (Garment Printing) will be responsible for managing overall of Printing department for Knit Product of the company and achieving organizational goals.·
- To prepare Plan, Monitor, Coordinate, Trouble Shoot and Analyze the Work & feedback to the Management.·
- To liaison with – Merchandiser – Production People- Buyer.·
- To keep record of the Work in Process (WIP) and alert the concern Team about the Time frame of delivery.·
- To Make sure the Production Plan and Achieve the Target.·
- To Forecast and set targets in production and ensure quality in every step of Printing.·
- To make sure Screen Preparation works.·
- To Work on cost reduction process, inclusion of saving of cost of raw material, alter different chemicals to enhance process efficiency & cost reduction.·
- To Maintain Profitably by achieving target within given cost parameter.·
- To provide technical support & cooperation among the production people.·
- To ensure the quality of every product.·
- To develop sample accurately with CAD.·
- To ascertain and prepare consumption accurately.
